Book a routine visit

A dripping faucet, a disposal swap or an aging water heater doesn't need a phone call if you'd rather pick a time online. Anything urgent should still be phoned in.

What to tell us on the phone

• Where: street address, nearest cross street, and whether it's a house, duplex, apartment, shop or restaurant.
• What you see: where water is showing up, which fixtures are affected, any smell or noise.
• Control: whether water is still running and whether the main shut-off is closed.
• The building: rough age, and slab or pier-and-beam. Plenty of older homes around Riverside and Oakhurst sit on piers, which changes how pipes are reached.
• Gas off? If Atmos Energy shut off your gas and left a red tag, say so (see red tag and gas test).

A burst pipe, sewage rising through a drain or water you can't stop is an emergency: phone at any hour and we send our on-call plumber right away. Other work is scheduled for a time that suits you.
